Out, beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,

there is a field.

I will meet you there.

My Approach

I have an integrative approach, adapting my work to the needs of the person and the situation, considering different dimensions such as cognitions, emotions, behaviours, body-mind connection, relationships to others.

Exploring and working with the person those multiple connections bring a deeper self-awareness setting the ground for change and growth.

I propose therapies that are collaborative. I engage a genuine relationship with the client, being empathetic, authentic, and non-judgmental. I value the collaboration with the client to answer his goal, to set up the more adapted treatment plan that fits his needs, and to facilitate a new autonomy. During our sessions, I can propose techniques and tools supported by the result of research and inspired by different theoretical and empirically grounded approaches (Lifespan Integration, Mindfulness, Gottman therapy...)

I strive to create a safe and confidential environment. The quality of my work relies on a continuous training and clinical supervision that promotes et ensures my professional development and client welfare.

I follow the deontology code of my profession.
